More Good News!

My Father’s Arrows is expanding its services! We want to support more families including those who have already adopted and friends and relatives who have come forward to keep children out of foster care.

If you are an adoptive parent or relative/non relative caregiver and show court orders, you will receive 25% off every item you purchase for those children.

As always, licensed foster parents with care and custody letters will continue to get items for free for children in foster care.

We are excited about the new year, so we want to thank you for making 2018 amazing!

Thanks to God’s great mercy and faithful volunteers like you…

We hosted 20 community education and recruitment events to help raise awareness of the needs of orphans in Northwest Florida and Southeast Alabama.

We submitted 14 grants and won 7 to help continue our mission of serving the children.

We gave foster families 424 tickets for shows, sporting events, and special experiences.

We anticipate an incredible 2018! Countless hours, faithful prayers, and hard work have been poured into My Father’s Arrows to be a real home for the orphan. A vital part of this journey is to fully equip our staff and volunteers. Did you know that we can always use volunteers at the My Father’s Arrow’s Thrift Store? There are jobs for every type of person and all kinds of abilities, and you can choose how long you want to help.   For example, one man has come to help finish up a construction project that will take a few hours. A lady who lives in Pace took some time to help us display our jewelry better. A pastor in Milton came up with a really neat way to store the tarps we use every day. Alyssa’s Spirit Night to Benefit My Father’s Arrows

Get ready to SHOP at Alyssa’s FIRST Spirit Night!

Shop at Alyssa’s from 6-8pm on Friday, February 2nd, and Alyssa’s will generously donate a portion of the receipts to My Father’s Arrows! Simply tell the ladies at the register that evening that you are shopping for My Father’s Arrows!

My Father’s Arrows volunteers will also be at Alyssa’s during Spirit night to present our mission and answer questions. We would love to see you there!

Do you like to shop? Would you like to help someone else have a great shopping experience? We could use your help at our Milton thrift store and our Jay warehouse.

The MFA Thrift Store is an important part of how we provide practical resources for the children we serve in the community. We provide foster children with clothing, toys, cribs, bedding or whatever is needed for their care at no cost.
